All must be paid upfront unless you aren't able to for whatever reason, then it will be 50% before starting the commission and 50% before I send you the finished piece

Full refunds are accepted if I haven't started the commission yet, If you want a refund after I have started I will deduct the amount for how much I've finished already from the full amount, Example: If the commission is $15 and I've completed the sketch but you want a refund I'll deduct $5 from your refund. [Examples may not be exact to my pricing/Cancels allowed anytime]

Do not use F&F [friends & family] option in PayPal as this goes against PayPals guidelines

Paypal has an unavoidable fee with business transactions, this feature takes off from my pay from customers, that will be factored into the commission price to avoid this (usually only $2.00 extra)

5 revisions max per commission

Revisions only accepted during sketch/lineart stages unless you need a change to the colors once in the coloring stage, if you need a sketch change while in the coloring stage I will decline or you can pay me an extra $5 for this type of change.

A commission can take me anywhere from 2 hours to several days depending on the type of commission, Please be patient

File type can be of your choosing, I usually convert it to a PNG

It's important to let me know if you want updates and when so I can make changes if needed

I can and will decline any commission for any reason

If a commission needs to be done by a certain deadline I need to know before starting the commission and this type of commission will cost an extra $10 because it takes priority over all other commissions
